From Pittsburgh and Points West:
Take I-76 PA Turnpike (Toll- 105 miles) To Breezewood Take I-70 East (110 miles) to the Baltimore Beltway - Take the Beltway South to I-97 (Left Exit) Take I-97 to Rt 50/301 Take 50/301 across Chesapeake Bay Bridge. ($2.50 toll) Bear right at the 50/301 split. Follow Route 50 East. Upon approaching Easton bear right onto the Easton Bypass (Route 322). Follow Route 322 through three traffic lights. At the fourth light bear right onto Route 33 (St. Michaels Road). Follow that road for nine miles to the town of St. Michaels. Follow Rt. 33 west through the town of St. Michael's (yield to pedestrians in crosswalks!) Turn right onto Emerson Point Road, which is about 12.5 miles after turning onto Rt. 33. Emerson Point Road is the private driveway to the estate. Please follow it straight to the parking area, and do not exceed the speed limit of 5 mph on this drive.
From Upstate/Western New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, and points north:
Take I-81 south to I-476 (NE Extension, PA Turnpike) south. Merge onto I-95 south, then I-495 south. Merge onto Delaware route 896 south, then stay straight onto US-301 south. After about 40 miles, turn left onto Maryland route 213. Make another left (after 4.5 miles) onto US-50 east. Right onto MD-322, then right onto MD-33. Follow Rt. 33 west through the town of St. Michael's (yield to pedestrians in crosswalks!) Turn right onto Emerson Point Road, which is about 12.5 miles after turning onto Rt. 33. Emerson Point Road is the private driveway to the estate. Please follow it straight to the parking area, and do not exceed the speed limit of 5 mph on this drive.
If coming from Baltimore, Annapolis, or Washington D.C.:

From the Eastern Part of Virgina Take Route 13 North across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel (Toll) to Salisbury, Maryland. In Salisbury take Route 50 West to (Route 322) Easton Bypass (Exit is from the left hand lane). follow 322 to Route 33 (St. Michaels Road) Follow that road for nine miles to the town of St. Michaels. Follow Rt. 33 west through the town of St. Michael's. Turn right onto Emerson Point Road, which is about 12.5 miles after turning onto Rt. 33. Emerson Point Road is the private driveway to the estate. Please follow it straight to the parking area, and do not exceed the speed limit of 5 mph on this drive.
